- SK Customs does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
- However, refund or replacement may be issued if the customer can establish that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 6-8 days of receiving the product.
- The request will only be entertained after the merchant verifies and confirms the defect or damage.
- Once confirmed, we will process the necessary steps for replacement or refund.
3. Unsatisfactory Products
If you feel that the product you received does not match the description on the website or does not meet your expectations:
- You must report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 6-8 days of receiving the product.
- Our team will review your complaint and take the appropriate action.
4. Warranty-Backed Products
For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, any complaints or issues should be referred directly to the manufacturer.
5. Refund Process
- If a refund is approved by SK Customs, it will be processed within 6-8 days from the date of approval.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
